Returns - 

In order to return or exchange garments they must be in the original condition as received i.e. not washed, no stains etc.

All of our products are quality checked on dispatch, in the unlikely event that you have received a faulty item, please contact us at customercare@ventedlondon.com

 

We are an independent company, who are very thankful for your support and will be appreciative of your patience with us whilst dealing with your enquiries. 

In the event that you receive a faulty item, we offer exchanges whilst stock lasts, and returns will be offered if we do not have the stock levels to exchange your order.

 

Please do not attempt to return any items without first contacting us via email.
