Returns & Exchange Policy:
If you are not 100% satisfied with the purchase you have made you can return the items, provided that we receive the item back within 14 days from the delivery date - in the original, saleable condition we shipped it out in. It should have its original packaging and all original tags attached. You will be refunded in the form of store credit. If you wish to cancel before delivery of your item by contacting us through our Instagram or email email@example.com.
If your items are faulty or not as described, you are able to return them to us within 30 days of placing the order for either an exchange or full refund. We offer to cover the shipping cost of returning any item than is flawed/damaged. Due to the DIY Nature of a number of our pieces we urge consumers to check the description for comments before placing orders.
We unfortunately do not offer Exchanges, we recommend that you return your original purchase in accordance with our above policy and submit a new order online.
